MADRID, April 22 (2021) –
Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition, the mobile focused on video games that the Xiaomi Redmi brand is currently preparing, will work with the new model of MediaTek’s high-end processor, the Dimensity 1200 chip.
This week Redmi announced that next April 27 will present its first mobile specifically aimed at ‘gaming’, belonging to the K40 family, and now the Chinese brand has published a poster on the Chinese social network Weibo in which it reveals the processor it will use.
MediaTek’s Dimensity 1200, introduced in January this year, features high-end specs and a six-nanometer, eight-core architecture: one ARM Cortex A78 at 3.0GHz, three A78 at 2.6GHz and four at A55 at 2.0GHz.
Likewise, Redmi has also published the result in the AnTuTu Benchmark of the new mobile, which is 724,495 points, ahead of other phones with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 870 model, such as OnePlus 9R and Vivo X60 Pro.
