- Open Facebook Messenger (or Instagram) from your mobile device.
- Open the chat you want to customize.
- Tap the icon with the letter ‘i’ (information icon) located at the top right of the screen.
- Select the option ‘Theme’.
- A tab will open called ‘Customize your chat’.
- Then select the Christmas or celebration theme that you like the most.
- Send the message.
