MADRID, April 28 (2021) –
The consumer technology event Consumer Electronic Show (CES) will take place in person again in 2022 after this year’s digital edition, and will take place at its usual location in Las Vegas (United States) from January 5 to 8.
The 2022 edition of CES, the largest technology event in the world “unite the tech industry in person and digitally”, As announced by the organizing entity, Consumer Technology Association (CTA) in a statement.
Compared to this year’s edition, which took place only in digital format, CES 2022 will once again include physical events in Las Vegas between the days 5 and 8 of Januarywhile the days January 3 and 4 will be dedicated to the press.
“We are delighted to return to Las Vegas, home to CES for more than 40 years,” said CTA President and CEO Gary Shapiro.
To the face-to-face version of the event nearly a thousand companies have already confirmed their attendance to exhibit their news, a figure that continues to rise, according to the organization.
Among the participants of the new edition are companies such as Amazon, AMD, AT&T, Daimler AG, Dell, Google, Hyundai, IBM, Intel, Lenovo, LG Electronics, Panasonic, Qualcomm, Samsung Electronics and Sony.
What’s more, CES 2022 will also be held digitally, with resources available to “connect the digital audience with exhibitors, conference sessions, keynotes and product announcements from the live event.”
