I am running Call of Duty mobile version on my Tencent Gaming buddy emulator and the first issue that I received was the game stuck on the loading screen. Means, I was able to download and install the game on the Tencent emulator. Then while opening the game, the game stuck on the loading screen. After trying closing and opening the emulator a few more times, I was able to successfully update the game.
Here comes the next problem. Once I successfully update the game and launch it on my PC, I am getting a new error. The new issue is “Download Configuration Failed. Make sure your device is connected to a network and then restart the game” error message. Not able to go further.

All these errors are because of the unexpected load on the game servers. I am telling this because the game had worked perfectly with the beta version and I haven’t seen any such issue because. So definitely there will be a much lesser chance for such issues on the first public version.
The one and the only reason behind this issue is due to the huge rush. Millions of gamers are accessing the game at the same time and the servers are not capable of handling that much requests. So we should wait until the developers make changes to their servers or till the peak time ends. Like all of you, I also believe this issue will be resolved within 24 hours.
